Friday 7 October at 4.30 pm The Atelier Arts Sciences invites you to participate in a cookery workshop, supported by SEB. Organised as part of the International Year of Pulses, you will take home a complete menu composed exclusively of vegetables or plants. In groups of six, you will be able to prepare, in less than an hour, a menu which corresponds to the nowadays so trendy special diets; a gluten, a lactose and a meat-free menu. The workshop is part of an anthropological study conducted by Fanny Parise, with the aim of analysing consumers’ behaviour.<\/p>\n \u2014<\/p>\n
