LIGHT AND VIDEO INSTALLATION – GEEKING
The Collectif_Sin~ was formed in Paris in 2010 and today is made up of twelve members based between Brussels and Paris. This sound research laboratory works on the chemistry of vibrations. At the Expo, they will showcase their mysterious machines of reverie: the Dreamachines; sound and light installations which can change form depending on the context, working autonomously or responding to the environment and becoming interactive. You will be able to explore the Aquacymatic Dreamachine (rhythmic waves on aqueous surfaces generated by sound and projected on the wall), the Neon Dreamachine (installation of fluorescent gas tubes lit up by audio impulse responses) and the Photosensitive Transmission Dreamachine (music transported by light). These playful machines will be presented at the Expo by the group members!
