COMMUNICATION MAN \/ NATURE \u2013 COLLABORATIVE DEVICE \u2013 VOCAL SYNTHESIS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Talk To Me<\/em> is an artistic inquiry into human and plant communication, exploring the relationships between nature and people, biology and technology, biological and social processes in particular. There are scientific hypotheses that communicating with plants makes them grow better. People were \u201ctalking\u201d to the bean plants willingly \u2013 altogether 13 183 messages were received from visitors in the two-year period (2011\u20132012) of the Talk to Me project during which the installations were exhibited in five different locations with an online interface in 3 different languages (English, German and Latvian). \nAs part of their international activities, Atelier Arts Sciences<\/a> <\/strong>has established links with RIXC<\/a>, a centre for new media culture and home to a group of artists pioneering art, science and technology projects in Riga Latvia.
