ECOLOGY — AGRICULTURE — POLLUTION

The work was started as an idea to collect data over my grand-grandparents land using weather balloons. Some of them started to lose height because of the small water drops covering the balloons. Based on this observation I started to collect information about ground water pollution and the future of water. That led me to idea that soon we might need to start collect water from cumulus clouds. The second sketch of the Cloud Farm was made by an architect. The process of collecting water with one of the balloons can be seen in the video. The collected data I will use to set the rent price for the land in the future for people who might be interested in using this land for they cloud-farms.

Artist Associated researchers and co-producers Entreprises associées International Franco / Latvian partnership The Cloud Farming work is a research of the future of water which involved data collecting with weather balloons from cumulus clouds and documentation of the process.

[49,2
