#Softlove recounts twenty-four hours of a woman’s life through the watchful and searching eyes of her digital assistant. A fiction based on precise and fluid language that follows up on Éric Sadin’s author’s thoughts on our contemporary technological environment. A story that portrays a closed circle between a woman and artificial intelligence, and invites us to reflect upon the issue of digital systems that gradually invade our lives. Ahead of our time, in the era of Big Data and predictive algorithms, the critical inversion has come through; our computers follow and coach us in our daily lives and we delegate them to perform a large number of tasks, daily routine jobs that our body and mind normally does. What are the implications?
