PROJECTION — NATURE — TROPICAL FOREST – DISTANCE SENSORS

“As a child, at night-time, I would set off to the tropical forests with my father”, begins the author. “The night would fall and the mist would rise, covering the hills and slopes. Insects would surge from their shelters and cross the valleys, allured by the light of a petrol lamp.” Through visual, audio and interactive sensations, the night and the mist reveal this unknown world. This installation brings us back to the experience of critical observation and highlights the respect of living creatures that Henri Fabre championed in in the 19th Century.
