To record water during days

Maison MINATEC, Ground floor

This is an installation representing in real time, the movement of the sea and waves measured by the international network for marine mud at different parts of the globe. The experiment with the ocean currents reveals a different kind of landscape: moving, waving, suave modules transcribing the sometimes calm, sometimes fervent rhythm of the Pacific Ocean. One of the goals is to represent the data measured under the oceans. The artistic aim is to attempt to harness the incessant currents which command our lives and represent the rhythm of the world, through the movement of the seas and oceans, mirroring exchanges and flux in society. A physical and sensory experience of energy on the globe.
